Congratulations! If you’ve made it this far in the process, you are ready to coach with Mike!
Coaching with Mike is a monthly subscription service that automatically charges your billing method every 4 weeks until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and there is no fee to cancel. Numa does not offer refunds. If you fail to schedule your coaching sessions within the 30-day pay period, you will not receive a refund for your purchase but can still complete your sessions with your coach within the following 30-day window.
Cancellations:
Canceling a session: You are required to send notice to your coach the day before (ideally 24 hours before) the scheduled session time in order to reschedule a session. Any session canceled the day of will be billed as a whole session. Emergencies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. This policy aims to protect our coach's time, not for clients to miss sessions. We hope this encourages clients to communicate with their coaches effectively and with appropriate foresight.
