Congratulations! If you’ve made it this far in the process, it looks like you are ready to join us in Numa Coaching! Our coaching program is designed to support and continue the momentum you have in your individual coaching sessions.
This is a subscription service that will automatically charge your billing method every 4 weeks until canceled. You may cancel at any time. There are no fees for canceling your subscription. Email contact@mikemaeshiro.com if you have questions or need to adjust your billing date.
Numa does not offer refunds. If you fail to schedule your coaching sessions within the 30-day pay period, you will not receive a refund for your purchase but can still complete your sessions with your coach within the following 30-day window.
Canceling a session: You are required to send notice to your coach the day before (ideally 24 hours before) the scheduled session time in order to reschedule a session. Any session canceled the day of will be billed as a whole session. Emergencies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. This policy aims to protect our coach's time, not for clients to miss sessions. We hope this encourages clients to communicate with their coaches effectively and with appropriate foresight.
