One of the hardest and most painful things I’ve ever done is come out as gay to my Evangelical community. It’s really sad and embarrassing to me that the difficulty in coming out was overwhelmingly because of my relationship with the religious community. For a group that claims to be followers of Jesus, they sure are missing it.

You shouldn’t have to defend your own existence or right to be who you are. You shouldn’t be told by anyone who isn’t you what you’re experiencing or who you’re allowed to love. Religion has overstepped and caused a lot of harm.

I am personally hosting a mentorship group exclusively for LGBTQ+ people. This is a paid group that meets weekly with me for support, guidance, coaching and mentorship in navigating the queer experience, specifically with your faith and the church.

This group meets every Wednesday night at 6pm CST (Nashville time) live on Zoom. You will also be a part of a private Facebook group where each session will be recorded and posted.

No one should have to walk this road alone. It's even better to have people alongside you who are in the same boat, who understand the nuance and the unique challenges along the way, as well as getting to hear other people's experiences. We hope you will join us in the Rainbow Room as we all walk out our abundant life and full acceptance in the light. 🌈😊 Due to the sensitive nature of the subject, please apply below first and we’ll be in touch!
